Before starting registration, keep all the required documents
ready in the given format for uploading
(Aadhar Card, Passport, Photograph and Disability Certificate).
However, uploading Passport is not compulsory.

Registration of swimmers on “DIGILOCKER” and “NSRS PORTAL”
is compulsory for taking part in the National Championships and later to download digital certificate.
To register on the NSRS Portal they should first register themselves and have DigiLocker account.
For NSRS registration, visit the official National Sports Repository System (NSRS) Website

Enter full name and date of birth as per aadhaar card / Passport

Enter the complete postal address along with
house number, street, village/town, post office,
PIN code etc.

SDMS Number is only for those who have
licensed themselves from World Para Swimming (WPS).
If you do not have an SDMS Number, leave the column blank.

Enter the Classes of Disability
(S / SB / SM) as already finalized and issued
to you by PCI / WPS.
Any deviation may result in rejection of the registration.
NEW Candidates should leave the column blank.

The current Photograph of the Para Swimmer should be as per
passport requirements:
white background, clear face covering approximately
70% with complete front view.
Photograph must be in JPEG format and not more than
60 KB.
Do not upload a photograph of a photograph taken by a
mobile phone camera, as it may be rejected.

Upload the Disability Certificate
in English language, in JPEG format and not more than
250 KB.
It should be issued by Government Authorities and should
clearly explain the nature of disability, its cause,
when it happened, percentage and affected part of the body.
Do not upload UDID Card.

Front and back pages of the Aadhar Card and Passport should
be photocopied in JPEG format on one page only.
Each document should not be more than
250 KB.

Poor-quality documents and documents which
do not meet the above requirements may be rejected.
Please check all documents carefully before submitting.
