Instructions for the Registration of Para Swimmers

1. Before starting registration, keep all the required documents ready in the given format for uploading (Aadhar Card, Passport, Photograph and Disability Certificate). However, uploading Passport is not compulsory.

2. Enter the name (First Name and Family/Surname Name) and date of birth as per Aadhar Card / Passport. If full date of birth is not given in the Aadhar Card, then upload the Birth Certificate as issued by the Govt. Authorities.

3. Swimmers, who are not using Family name / Surname should not leave that column blank. They should enter 3 dots instead (...) otherwise it will not save the entry.

4. Enter full postal address along with house number, street, village/town, post office and pin code etc.

5. SDMS number is only for those who have licensed themselves from World Para Swimming (WPS). If not having SDMS number, then leave the column blank.

6. Enter the Classes of Disability (S/SB/SM) as already finalized and issued to you by PCI / WPS. Any deviation will reject the registration.

7. The current Photograph of the Para Swimmer should be as per passport requirements (white back ground, clear face covering 70% with complete front view) in JPEG format not more than 60KB. Do not upload Photo of the Photograph taken by mobile phone camera which will be rejected.

8. Upload the Disability Certificate (in English language, in JPEG format not more than 250KB) as issued by the Govt. Authorities which fully explains the nature of disability, its cause, when happened, percentage and the part of the body. Do not upload UDID Card.

9. Front and Back pages of Aadhar Card and of Passport should be photocopied in JPEG format, on one page only (each document should not be more than 250KB).

10. Poor quality of documents and which are not as per above given requirements, will be rejected.

11. IMPORTANT : In case if any of your documents is oversized, then you can reduce the same to the required size by using the link : https//image.pi7.org/reduce-image-size-in-kb. The same link can be used for converting the format from PDF to JPEG.
